INKONESTOP is more than happy to resolve problems.

If you are ever not completely satisfied with your INKONESTOP brand product, within 365 days of purchase, we may offer you a replacement product, or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price

We offer an easy return and exchange program.

To make a return & exchange claim, we will ask you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. A RMA number ensures that we can track and resolve the claim accordingly. You must have an RMA number first. Returns and exchange without RMAs will be refused. Please simple request an RMA number by RMA form below.

Once we receive the product back from you, we will refund you the full cartridge price of your purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us unless the fault is on our end.

OEM products are excluded from our 1-Year return policy. All OEM products purchased from INKONESTOP can be returned for a refund, or requested to be replaced within 30-days from the customers original purchase date.

*PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL PRODUCTS MAY BE EXCHANGED, AS THERE ARE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS WITHIN OUR SYSTEM AND IT WILL BE UP TO OUR DISCRETION IF AN EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE, A RETURN ON THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, AND THE CORRECT ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED ONCE MORE. THE 1-YEAR WATTANTY ONLY EXTENDS ON INKONESTOP PRODUCTS AND DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES OF YOUR PRINTER, COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICES.
